Once you have had a taster why not try a bit more with our “make it!” workshops.  These half day or day workshops all aim for you to have a finished article to take home at the end of the session. Make an applique cushion, sweet tree, tote bag, crochet granny squares, basic skirt, cot quilt, crochet flowers and more …

You can also learn more detail and new techniques at our focused workshops. Try understand knitting, sewing or crochet patterns, making more use of your sewing machine,  using more complex stitches…

Need craft supplies for your next project?

Visit our Belper shop where we stock materials for a range of activities including; King Cole Wool, knitting and crochet patterns, knitting needles and crochet hooks, Vogue and Butterick sewing patterns, haberdashery supplies, polystyrene balls and wreaths, basic card supplies ...

The Belper shop is open Tuesday - Saturday 10-4:30 

Unfortunately our Wirksworth shop is now closed.


 Looking for a party or group event with a difference?

Our workshop in Belper can be used for your private party or group – just choose your craft project, your food and drink, and relax. We will make sure all your guests have fun making something to take home with them! Alternatively we can run the party or group event at your chosen location.

Need help in a specific area or want to try something new?

We can arrange individual or group sessions to match your specific requirements.  These can be held in our workshop or we can come to your chosen location
